TERMS AND CONDITONS OF SERVICE FOR LIVEFURRY.COM

This document is an agreement between the staff of LiveFurry.com, LiveFurry, Furopolis, and all related people, and the users of the LiveFurry services (from here on referred to as "the site", "LiveFurry", "LiveFurry.com", or simply "we").
The staff of the site wish to remain anonymous, and may be reached at the electronic mail address [admin@furopolis.org].
Acceptance of this document is required for use of services provided by the site. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in account termination.
LiveFurry.com does not accept any responsibility for the actions of it's users, nor do we endorse or condone any opinions they may hold.
All users of the site are expected to be of thirteen (13) years of age or older. Those found to be younger then the age of 13 may have their accounts terminated until a time can be decided when they are of the proper age.
LiveFurry.com reserves the right to deny any or all of our services to any person at any time for any reason whatsoever.
The LiveFurry.com site, including coding, graphics, site-generated messages, and news postings are copyrighted to the staff of the site, and may not be reproduced without permission.
All users of the site are expected to behave in a civilized manner. No personal attacks or slander are allowed to be made to another user of the site. Likewise, using the services provided by this site for advertising purposes, either commercial or non-commercial, is strictly forbidden without prior approval of a staff member or administrator.
No personal information of another user, including real name, age, location, birth date, telephone number, email address, photograph, social security number, credit card number, etc., may be posted on the site without permission of the person in question. Certain "sensitive" information, such as credit card information, social security numbers, or passwords, are not allowed period without prior and explicit permission from a staff member.
All images, text, HTML code, and other content submitted to the site is subject to these terms of service. All content must be free of excessive gore, violence, nudity, sexuality, or profanity. No explicitly pornographic materials are permitted. Animated images with excessive flashing lights or colors are also forbidden. Disallowed content will be removed upon discovery by a staff member or administrator.
LiveFurry is hosted on servers in the United States of America, and thus, any material not permitted under US law is expressly forbidden. Any offending material shall be removed and reported to the proper authority as soon as possible.
By submitting any content to LiveFurry.com, you assure that you own the copyright to said material, have permission to redistribute said material from the copyright holder, or are using said material under the fair use doctrine of US copyright law. Fair use material may be removed at the request of the original copyright holder.
By submitting content to the site, you give LiveFurry.com the right to display your content on the site, modifying it if necessary.
The staff of this site may appoint volunteer administrators and moderators to aid in the management of the community. All staff, administrators, and moderators are also governed by these terms of service.
In respect for our users, LiveFurry.com does not actively collect or monitor personal information. Little information is collected besides what is voluntarily submitted by the user. Any information collected by the site will not be sold or transmitted to other parties, for a payment or otherwise. However, in the case of legal issues, we may use the information to defend ourselves.
The LiveFurry.com site is provided free-of-charge for all our users.
These terms and conditions are subject to change in the future. Content restrictions will be retroactively applied. In the event that these terms and conditions do change, LiveFurry.com will take effort to notify our users of the change.
